Services

Form, function, and a little less stuff

From a single closet to a whole-home reset — or a move across town or farther. Classic pieces, less-is-more editing, and a plan you can keep.

Closets & wardrobes

A closet you can get dressed in. Seasonal edits, matching hangers, and a landing pad for the morning rush.

  • Full pull, edit, and donate run
  • Hanging, folding, and off-season storage
  • Jewelry, bags, and daily-launch trays

Kitchens & pantries

The heart of the house, set up to cook. Zones, clear bins, and a fridge that does not hide the good food.

  • Pantry zoning and labeling
  • Refrigerator bins and leftovers plan
  • Drawer dividers, spices, and daily tools

Kids, play & family flow

Rooms that survive cousins, camp, and homework. Toy rotation, art stations, and hooks they can actually reach.

  • Toy rotation that kids can keep
  • Homework and backpack parking
  • Nurseries and growing-family setups

Entries, mudrooms & command centers

The first ten feet of the house, working. Keys, coats, papers, and a bench you will sit on in February.

  • Drop zones named for each person
  • Family calendars and paper trays
  • Shoe storage that respects Michigan weather

Basements

The room that usually becomes a holding pattern. We turn it into storage you can find, a rec space you will use, and a floor you can walk.

  • Zones for off-season, sports, and household overflow
  • Shelving, labeled bins, and a donate-or-keep edit
  • Family rec space that is not a storage unit with a sofa

Whole-home resets

Large jobs, a team. We divide rooms, keep the plan consistent, and leave you with systems you can maintain.

  • Multi-room projects with a single plan
  • Decluttering with a less-is-more philosophy
  • Classic, timeless products — not trends

Moves, unpacking & new chapters

From packing to the last box — across town or farther. We plan the move, label with purpose, and set up the house so it works on day one.

  • Pre-move edits so you do not pack clutter
  • Labeled packing and mover coordination
  • Unpacking — kitchen, closets, and kids first

How we work

01

A conversation

We walk the house (or talk it through if you are not local), listen to how you live, and notice where the friction actually is — not where a catalog says it should be.

02

A plan that fits you

Every home is different. We design a custom plan around your style, your people, and the products that will still look right in five years.

03

The work, together

We sort, edit, and set up. You decide what stays. We handle the heavy lifting, the donate runs, the movers, and the finishing details.

04

A home you can keep

We leave you with simple maintenance — a Sunday fifteen, a labeled bin, a place for the keys — so the calm lasts past the photos.

Questions we hear often

Do I have to be home while you work?
You are welcome to stay — most clients like to make the keep-or-go decisions with us. For some rooms we can also work while you take a walk or handle the rest of the day. We will decide together.
Do you bring the bins and hangers?
We plan products with you. Some clients already have pieces they love; others want us to source classic, timeless organizers. We never push a catalog of gadgets you will not use.
What happens to the things I let go of?
We can arrange donation drop-offs, set aside a sell pile, or leave bagged items for you to handle. Nothing leaves the house without your say-so.
How long does a typical project take?
A single closet or pantry is often a morning. A kitchen, mudroom, or kids’ room is usually a day. Whole-home work and moves are scheduled in sessions so it never feels like a siege.
Where do you work?
We are based in Metro Detroit and spend most of our time in Oakland County — Royal Oak, Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Troy, Ferndale, Rochester, and nearby. We also work farther afield when a project needs us. Write us either way.
Is this only for large houses?
No. More space is not the same as happiness — we wrote a whole journal entry about it. Small condos and busy family homes are some of our favorite projects.
Ask us something else

Tell us the room that is asking.

Tell us about the space that is asking for help. Wendy, Holly, Kelly, and Steven will write back to schedule a conversation.
