We're a family-run business founded by three sisters: Wendy, Holly, and Kelly. Our shared passion for organizing began at a young age and has only grown stronger over the years. With over a decade of professional organizing experience under our belts, we've honed our skills and developed a reputation for exceptional service and attention to detail.
At Room to Grow, we believe that a well-organized home is a peaceful home. Our goal is to help you achieve a space that's not only functional, but beautiful as well. We understand that every home and every client is unique, which is why we approach each project with a personalized touch. We'll work closely with you to understand your needs and style, and develop a customized plan that works for you.
We take pride in staying up-to-date with the latest organizing trends and products. From high-end closet systems to sleek kitchen storage solutions, we'll help you find the perfect balance of form and function. We're particularly fond of using classic, timeless design elements that will stand the test of time.

Founder & lead organizer
Wendy founded Room to Grow with her sisters after more than a decade of professional organizing. She is the one who will pack your suitcase, reset your closet, and talk you out of buying a bigger house when what you need is a better system. She writes often about travel, kitchens, and the quiet luxury of everyday spaces.
Family & living spaces
Holly is a mother who organizes the way families actually live — with backpacks, art supplies, and a new baby on the way (and then, suddenly, here). She believes a home can be beautiful and still survive a Tuesday. Art, toy rotation, and mudrooms are her love language.
Nutrition-minded systems
Before joining her sisters, Kelly trained as a nutritionist. She still looks at a pantry the way she looks at a meal plan: if the good stuff is hard to reach, you will not eat it. She is the summer-gear wrangler, the holiday-prep starter, and the reason our kitchen projects feel as good as they look.
Organizer
Steven works with us on moves — packing, coordinating movers, and the unpack that has to land before anyone finds the coffee. Across town or a week in a new city, he is the one who can empty a truck, set a kitchen, and still have the closets finished.
Where we work
Most of our days are spent in Oakland County — Royal Oak, Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Troy, Ferndale, Rochester, and nearby. If the house is farther, we still come. Write us.
